Thinking about the quality of our services, we have the support of three laboratories in our facility, in order to guarantee the quality of our plating, monitor our process and support our operational area.

Analysis Laboratory: physical-chemical analyses are carried out, such as: pH adjustment, titration, density and others, controlling the concentrations of salts in our tanks and ensuring rapid responses to any adversities. With the same objective, we use the Hull Cell test to maintain the quality and beauty of our plating.

Production Laboratory: with the purpose of providing support to our plating operation, our production laboratory is responsible for preparing support solutions for plating, reinforcements of additives and salts, removal of varnish, glue, dirt and others that prevent the quality of metal deposition.

X-Ray and Layer Laboratory: in this station we practice quality control with high technology equipment. With the XAN 250 X-Ray we control noble metals in our plating through daily analyses, in addition to analyzing all layers of our pieces in micrometers with great precision. We have an analytical balance periodically calibrated and verified ensuring rigor in layer analyses of plated pieces in thousandths.

Exploring our structure and equipment, we invest in research and development of new products and technologies with safety and prudence, with the purpose of providing our services with greater quality and reliability.
